About

New Morning Foundation is non-partisan private-sector long-term initiative to improve young people’s reproductive health education, counseling, and clinical services throughout South Carolina.

Our mission is to decrease the number of unintended pregnancies among people under 30 and limit the spread of HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections.

We provide funding for community-based programs that empower people under 30 to make responsible decisions.  We support advocacy groups across the state that are working to improve public policy, protect individual privacy, and lobby to protect and promote good public health policy.
