We’re more successful at improving reproductive health, preventing disease, and reducing unwanted pregnancies when we involve everyone in a community. These programs represent the range of approaches we take across South Carolina, from one-on-one education to large-scale outreach.

  • Teens to Teens - Teens can get confidential counseling and health care, including answers to questions about nutrition, pregnancy prevention, and straight talk about protecting themselves from HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases.
  • The South Carolina Emergency Contraception Initiative - Through a partnership with Advocates for Youth, New Morning Foundation works to increase awareness and unrestricted access to emergency contraception.
  • Advocacy - New Morning Foundation funds advocacy efforts to monitor policy under consideration, to provide facts to decision-makers, and to give citizens a way to make their views known.
